The Problem

Existing service providers showed little appetite to invest in upgrading connectivity within the building. The best available option in the area was Fibre to the Cabinet, offering download speeds of just 70 Mbps, which was insufficient for modern business needs.

Confusion around legacy internal wiring made it difficult to deliver reliable broadband to individual tenants. As a result, potential occupiers were discouraged by the lack of affordable, modern, high-performance connectivity, limiting the building’s appeal.

The Solution

A government-supported, building-wide fibre network

Recognising that fibre was the only viable long-term solution, OneTek deployed high-speed fibre optic infrastructure throughout the building, delivering internet speeds in excess of 900 Mbps.
