Although I thought it a nuisance at first, I was impressed that OneTek required me to notify the bank that the shipping address was an acceptable destination, since it differed from the billing address. This helps to prevent someone from stealing my credit card number. Other vendors haven't bothered with this. On top of that their price was nearly the lowest and they offered free shipping, which made them the lowest bottom line. Even with the low price they were very prompt with the order. Wow! I have NO complaints!
When I called, the Outdoor Two-way Radios price published on the web site was correct and my order was shipped and received exactly when OneTek said it would be. Overall, my experience with OneTek was a very positive one.
