I had a problem with the return policy when we inadvertently ordered the wrong item and was charged their standard return charge when we returned the product and reordered. They were nice enough to understand that this was a misorder and adjusted the return charge to my complete satisfaction. I couldn't believe it but they arrived yesterday! I know you had to of pulled some strings or at least got right on this as you knew I was desparate with the opening day of deer season starting on Saturday. My father is 83 years of age and hasn't missed an opening day with me in 36 years we will now have the items to use so I can keep track of him.
